At Marie Pearl Lingerie, we prioritize your health and safety. Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Eligible Returns (Robes, Sleepwear, Bras): We offer returns for Store Credit only on eligible items.
Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us at [ info@pmeventsww.com ] within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen! You may request a cancellation within one hour of placing your order. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
2. Product Representation
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our lingerie as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
3. Store Credit
Store credit issued for returns does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase at info@mariepearlingerie.com.
4. Limitation of Liability
Marie Pearl Lingerie is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to fabrics. Please review product materials listed in the descriptions.
